Ability to adapt to changes will open great doors in your life. Reference to the animal is only a metaphor where it can blend itself by changing colours according to the environment. A person who can change colours will is a person who can accept new ideas, new techonologies, new comments, opportunities, and can quickly blend into any social scenarios.
